The server shipped and arrived quickly via UPS. I was nervous about ordering a renewed server because of the cost of returning it if it was defective. Fortunately, the description was accurate, and everything worked as expected. I was impressed with the quality of the "renewal". It was completely spotless, and everything looked practically new. For the money, this is one of the best-priced compared to performance servers I've seen.

Buying a refurbished desktop is simple. Buying for a small enterprise a refurbished server is an other challenge, because without after sale support your investment could be ruined. The support at Configure System helped us to resolve some installation issues. Two days after receipt, the server was up and running, ready for configuration. The service at Configure System is fast, professional and efficient. We could not ask for more!

The machine arrived quickly and in good shape. The machine booted up without issues. The only issue was the machine had a bad vibration and growl in the fans. The seller quickly shipped me replacement parts and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The seller fulfills order very quickly, ships them quickly, and resolves issues quickly. I will purchase from this seller again without hesitation.

I have now purchased 3 of these refurbished DL360Ps and if you are hesitating because you're worried about working through any issues then press "ADD TO CART". Mine are working great (and I'm still pinching myself on the cost) but when I did have an issue the customer support was IMMEDIATE and thorough. If anyone at the Amazon Renewed Store is reading this: Omar is phenomenal and all my future purchases here are because of him.

Item was not exactly as photo indicated. Photo showed quad port Ethernet NIC. Server arrived with a dual 10 Gb with no SFP transceivers even installed. Not a deal breaker. The new NIC was 13.00. Were up and running.

I ordered this Server with some customization beyond the advertised specifications. The quality of care and attention from the sales representative was far and above what I expected. My Server was ordered on 03-07-19 and shipped the very next day with an expected delivery date on 3-12-19. So far I am impressed and pleased. I will update this review upon delivery.

Overall good first experience buying rehabbed servers on Amazon.First, the gotchas:A lot of these sellers tape the power cords to the top of the server and you have to remove glue from the tape.The second part is when they specify 10g SFP+ ports in the description, none of the servers I got had them.They did have 2x10g ports, but copper. I had to go out and buy the cards.Memory and CPUs had to be reseated and CPUs had to be regreased.One server had a module with a different speed grade which causes strange problems either during POST or after a restart. Fortunately I have modules so swapping one in of the correct speed sorted that out.The battery for the raid controller also goes flying around in there.The TL;DR: open these servers and check/reseat everything. They get bounced around in shipping so that's reason enough to make sure nothing has come loose.The good:They are cheap. Sure, a couple generations behind but these servers have a lot of life left in them.They make great machines for VM clusters.They arrived very clean inside. They look brand new.Very well packed besides the power cords.The indifferent...None had iLO licenses. Would have been nice if one or two had some left on the system, but... I was not that lucky :)
