The outer layers of this petticoat are stitched together, which makes them lay flat against each other and does not provide volume. This is an 8 layer petticoat, but we have a 4 layer petticoat that provides much more volume. Will return the item.

This is a nice full petticoat that helps poof up my dress that extra littler bit. It fit my waist that’s around 36, 37 inches. It’s easy to put away, folds away nicely, and feels like good quality. I’m really happy I found this one, also fits my 5’3” height without dragging n the floor. Fits just right fore me.

I received this product and it was already ripped before I even tried it on … the band in the waist was ripping from the tulle and if I had used it I’m certain it would’ve came apart. And the elastic didn’t stretch that much and I’m not a big person I’m a teen girl and like midsize also the Velcro wasn’t strapping. All in all it wasn’t the moneys worth and it was unreliable
