Horseware Ireland was founded by Tom and Carol MacGuinness in Dundalk, Ireland in 1985. RAMBO PROTECTOR FLY SHEET
The RAMBO PROTECTOR FLY SHEET is Horseware Ireland's most popular and durable fly sheet. Made to last season after season the Rambo Protector Fly Sheet is created with 'self-repairing' mesh fabric allowing the material to "self-heal" should it become snagged.
Extra depth to the knee, extended belly coverage with three surcingles and secure velcro closure, and a removable hood with an extended shape all offer superb protection for your horse from the sun's harmful UV rays and help to keep flies and biting insects away from sensitive skin.
The detachable hood, Surefit neck, V-front closure, three surcingles, and dual leg arches add to the fit and function of this sheet. The Rambo Protector Fly Sheet is also Horseware Fly Liner Compatible offering the option of a waterproof fly sheet liner that easily velcro's in place for protection in unexpected summer showers.

My gelding suffers from sweet itch and this definitely helps. I’ve had a few fly sheets that shift or rip when he roles in turnout, but this fly sheet stays put!! It’s well put together in that the neck sheet attaches well to the body piece while remaining flexible but won’t fall off or move when grazing or rolling. The material is stiff which helps it stay put. It does get a bit warm in the summer but not too hot to remove while in the shade. This is a must have for fly season!
