Sold as still Enterprise Locked, which violates Google's policy on the resale of managed Chromebooks. This SHOULD NEVER have MADE IT THROUGH Amazon's QA filter, and AMAZON customer service from Amazon hasn't been very helpful in support.After extensive troubleshooting and consultation, it is clear that this Chromebook is enterprise-locked. It boots directly into Developer Mode, and does not present the option to enable OS verification or boot into normal Chrome OS. Despite repeated attempts to Powerwash and reset the device, the system remains locked, a clear sign it is still enrolled in a Google Admin policy.The above means the NEVER PROPERLY UNENROLLED by its original owner (likely a school or corporation), rendering it unusable for personal use. This is not only misleading but also violates Google's policy on the resale of managed Chromebooks. ..According to Googles own policies, enterprise-managed Chromebooks cannot be resold unless they are explicitly deprovisioned. This device violates that policy and is non-functional for consumer use. Amazon should have done better with enforcing such standards/policies.I did not agree to receive a device that cannot be restored to its original, factory-wiped condition. At this point, I am eft with hardware I cannot use or repurpose, which is unacceptable; essentially a brick.Zero stars to the Seller, One star to Amazon.
