  • The humidifier is equipped with an essential oil box. Please add essential oil to the essential oil box and do not add it to the water tank or base. Essential oil will corrode the humidifier and cause the water tank or base to crack.

  • The humidity ratio cannot be manually set, it is automatically adjusted by a humidity sensor to provide a more suitable humidity for your environment. But you can set three levels of fixed mist output.

  • Yes, it's normal. The water flowing from the tank to the base when you add water and place it back is part of the humidifier's operation. It draws water from the tank and disperses it through the base to increase room humidity.

  • It depends on where you live. In some areas, water is richer in minerals. The humidifier won’t instantly go haywire if you do use tap water, but in the long term will cause scale and you need to maintain it more often. Distilled water is recommended.

  • We suggest changing the water source in the water tank every day to avoid bacterial growth, and performing a deep cleaning once a week. Please refer to the user manual for details.

This humidifier actually works well! For the price I wasn't too sure but it's been a life saver during winter. Needed a replacement for my baby humidifier and the cost isn't too shabby either

Feels like it’s working but the oil diffuser part doesn’t feel like it’s working. The water tank helps to keep your room humidified it just the oil part doesn’t work good

The unit is small enough to fit comfortably in most spaces, yet handles enough water at one filling that you won't be constantly maintaining it. It starts right up and delivers a nice steady moisture to your dry winter air!

I never write reviews for products because I usually don’t have issues, but this a cheap piece of crap and needs to be called out. Not sure if my unit has a quality control issue or the functionality is apart of the design but the product does not turn off when you hit the off button. The mist may stop but I can still hear the machine wrrring and I feel air coming out the top. It doesn’t actually stop until you unplug the device. Like others have mentioned, the humidity is not “automatic” like advertised. You cannot adjust it, it just goes until it hits a humidity level it thinks your room should be at. And in my experience the water in the tank only lasts me 2 nights. I wish I read the reviews before buying. BUYER BEWARE CHEAP PIECE OF CRAP.
