Worked excellent once holes were drilled. So easy to use and don’t need to worry that they don’t line up. I was able to mark to boards, drill holes and secure with wood dowels.

When I ordered this doweling jig, I anticipated it would be new and unused. That was not the case when I received this tool. After opening up the battered package I found that it was scratched and dinged. Also, the tool did not center in the work piece.I found that I could adjust the centering by loosening a very small set screw adjacent to the black nut and then rotate that same nut left or right so that the jig was centered, then re-tighten the set screw. If that was the only problem, I would have kept the doweling jig. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the tool I returned it and ordered a new one.

The product works but could be more steady. It would help if the product came with properly-sized drill bits.

This is a well made product, good quality, it’s bigger than I thought it would be, I watched videos on YouTube to get idea how it works, so will plan to use soon. The price was great, got it for $22, I’m excited to use it. Based on videos, super easy to get the results. Highly recommend.

Will not center on board. Tried as I might I couldn't get each side to meet in the middle. I returnd them. you get what you pay for I guess they were cheap.
