I needed a compact, portable, Bluetooth enabled label printer for travel. This meets my needs weighing only 1.4 lbs., fitting into my backpack, measuring just over 10” long and a little over 2” wide. I was looking for an ink printer, but the thermal works well, too. I primarily use it in the hotel, but it would work anywhere you can connect via Bluetooth or USB. I only use it for labels, but it could easily print docs, forms, or anything in black and white. You can send docs to it from your tablet, laptop or phone. Uses 8.5x11 size thermal paper, or legal, A4, A5, and 4" - wide thermal paper. Print quality is 300 dpi. The printer has a built-in 2000mAh battery, prints continuously up to 4 hours and 360 sheets on a single charge. Check the manual for how to download drivers for laptop.

I like this portable thermal printer. It comes with some paper to get started. Quality is good and it prints quickly... once you figure out how to get the printing application to work. I couldn't get it to print directly from any of the apps I normally use — I had to save the document as a PDF, open the standalone printer app, use that standalone app to open the PDF, and then print.I like this thermal printer but I had to take a star off because of the awkward printing app.

I'm getting a pretty nice quality high resolution print out with this bad boy. It's literally the smallest 8.5 x 11 in printer I've ever seen. And it also can do different page lengths too. I'm getting it to connect easily to my android or my mac. And my only gripe would be that the app can be a little bit updated perhaps... and also that I wish they included more paper with it. But out of the box it's working great and I love that it never needs any ink! pretty awesome... Just need to stock up on the thermal paper now... Best part about it besides how easy it is to use... would be its size.. great for on the go, fits easily in your office to go bag and doesn't take up much space at all. Really great high quality item.

... is lean and portable. This is a great little printer that does a reliable and basic job working from wi-fi when it's got to be printed out. I did not want to buy a big printer and making that a permanent fixture of my home office. This lets me do what I need to do when I can't get around a paper copy. The functionality is good and the print quality is good - it's plenty good enough and may be exactly what you need.

Works as advertised though it is pretty noisy. I also had issues with the paper not properly printing in the margins correctly, despite it being the sample paper they sent with it. Other than that though it was quick and easy to setup with the mobile app, havent tried desktop printing. Ultra light and portable as well though I cant see why or where I would need to take this. Also be aware that the thermal paper is really thin as well, not like normal copy paper. Other than that, it does what it says it will do and I can't fault it for any of that.

This budget-friendly portable printer is a great option for anyone needing to print on the go. It is sturdy and well constructed, though not heavy, and it's so easy to operate from the phone app. While I would not recommend this as a primary printer or for heavy printing, it is a great option to keep as a backup when the primary printer just won't print (if you own an HP printer you know what I mean), and to take on the road for quick printing. While it's especially great for landscapers, handymen, and other ambulatory businesses, I think everyone should have one of these, one never knows when one might need it!

I got this to use with a mobile laptop for printing while travelling. This setup experience was among the most frustrating device installations of my recent memory. First, I wanted this printer for a mobile computer, not for phone or tablet use. PC devices are listed as compatible in the product description. Since I could not do my work on a phone, I didn't even try to install the app for iPhone, Tablet, or Android. I have those devices too, but I didn't try that installation, mainly because it's of no use to me, and besides, I spent half a day trying to find and then download the correct PC and Mac drivers using the instructions pamphlet that was enclosed with this printer as its manual. The website the pamphlet directed me to for the computer driver download was a dead end, and it would consistently disconnect when I attempted the required download. The problem was cited in an error message as an overseas server issue. There's another, different site address from the one pictured on the product's Amazon product content page, but it, too, was a dead end, with the same type of error message. I sent an inquiry/message to support at the website where the drivers are supposed to be located, the one in the installation pamphlet, but I haven't gotten an answer yet.Meanwhile, I tried using multiple computers to do this download with no luck, and all with the same message. Then, I decided to search the web by the product's name, model number and type, and there I found a very similar product name that had the drivers for the same model name as this product, and which also had a similar but not exact picture of the printer, so I downloaded and tried them. They worked in the default, but when I tried to download the associated label design software there, the same dead end occurred. I think both sites might be business-related, but the label design software for Windows is needed because, without it, the printer will only feed and print full sheets, and not other sizes like 4x6 labels. Plus, you cannot adjust the brightness, dithering, etc., without it. I think this may be because the printer drivers only set up the default paper margins. In other words, there's no support for printer layout or other adjustments within the driver through Windows Settings or Device Manager. So far, this printer works very basically for me, with my Mac and PC, and for printing full sheets only, so long as I'm OK with the default settings. For now, and until I can get support to obtain drivers and the label design software, that's what it does. There's no way to format anything else because the printer defaults to its driver settings. Again, really frustrating.I won't be able to use all the functions for which I chose this printer until I can obtain the correct drivers and software. Hopefully, I'll get a response from product support, and when I do, I'll update this review to reflect any resolution. The printer's print quality is fine, as is the speed. It's lightweight and just what I wanted, if I can get it to work as described. In my opinion, all of this frustration could have been avoided if they'd just enclosed the drivers with their product.
