I have 2 SRM-225 Trimmers laying around. Both needed coils. Figured I’d give these aftermarket ones a try instead of spending the money on OEM ones.Well..they were junk. The spring that is in the boot that attaches to the plug is basically a 1 time use. It stretches out and then won’t attach tightly when removed. Thought it was just the 1st one I installed. Checked the 2nd one and did the same thing. I don’t recommend these!

Have a echo weedeater that was sparking sometimes but not constantly, I changed spark plugs , checked wires and nothing. I bought this and problem solved!
