The Impact Canopy Carport Replacement Top and Leg Skirts is designed to fit all 10-foot by 20-foot carport canopy frames. It is made from heavy-grade 180-gram polyethylene fabric with heat-sealed seams for water resistance. The carport cover comes with heavy-duty 8-inch elastic ball bungees for easy attachment to your existing carport frame. Each corner of the canopy cover has a fabric leg skirt that attaches to the base of your frame or foot pad for tautness and visual appeal. If you do not have an Impact Canopy carport frame, simply strap ball bungees around the bottom of the leg skirts and your leg poles to secure the top. Frame not included.

The quality is so so, there's no drawstrings on the ends to pull it tight, there's a loop I tied a rope to and wrapped it around the corner post to hopefully hold it tight enough that the water runs off and doesn't pond on the top support. I didn't use their Bungie straps as they were so loose I'm in absolutely sure it would have ponded so I had to get zip ties to use in place of the Bungie straps, hopefully got it tight enough not to pond. If it wasn't so hard to remove and return I would just send it back. It's still pretty loose on my 10' 20' shelter logic frame. Real bummer as it's not easy to install by oneself.
