I bought this to replace my old dive log, that I filled up to the last page. It's a nice book. Looks like it will hold up well, and the design is nice. I recommend it.

Recommended buy for divers who keep a paper log.Plenty of styles to choose from. You can pick a cover to match your style. The log book is laid out nicely. There is space for all the relevant details along with a generous area for notes and observations plus areas at the bottom of each page for dive center and DM stamps. The page size and hole punch pattern is the same as PADI log books, so if you have a binder, this should fit right in.I can't speak as to how water resistant the pages may be. I don't like to "test the waters" (pun intended), and prefer to keep my log book as dry as possible. I always bring my log book on dives, but keep it in a zip-lock bag to stay dry.

I wouldn't call it very water resistant. It works well for what it is and I like how much more detail I can write compared to my last book. Everyone else on my dive trip loved it too. I will mention that when it got a little water around one corner, the ink did spread out a little and fade. Not bad enough I couldn't read it but it was something that happened. So I'm just a little extra careful about keeping it dry. Not always easy on a boat while scuba diving, but doable.

I purchased this dive log book because I did not like the idea of loose leaf paper logs. With this book once I finish it I should be able to store it and not worry about loosing any pages or anything like that.The book appears exactly as the photos for display on Amazon. It is well organized to record your dive information from each dive. The book is the same size as most 3rd party 3 ring dive log binders so if can be placed in one of those if one would like.I have 5 more dives to record in my original dive book and then will be into this book. As time passes, I will update my reviewI received this at a discounted price for a honest review.
