Issues:1) The brush end of this contraption is super cheap. It's a tiny tuft of bristles that offer very little utility.2) The swab end is too big to fit easily into an alto sax neck. I tried it on two different makes.3) The cable connecting the two ends of this "neck cleaner" for "saxophone" (according to the product description) stretched like crazy when I pulled it through the neck of my sax. It became easily 50% longer than it was when new.I tried using it again anyway (not a good idea!), and the swab end lodged in my saxophone neck, breaking off the poor quality cable and leaving the swab end stuck inside the neck. Fortunately, I was able to reach the end of the cable with a pair of pliers and extract it.I'm very unhappy to receive such a poor quality item. I'm very sorry I wasted good money on this. And I'm even unhappier that a seller on Amazon would sell such garbage without even testing it to ensure it fits. This was made using the cheapest possible materials and a product design that is simply not competent.

Works ok but your better off with a regular cloth neck swab.

The swab is too large to properly clean an alto neck.

I had to request a refund. Brush goes through entire neck but swab will not do so. I also tried to use on mouthpiece as it will go through it but the swab wasn't very absorbent.

Much easier to use than previous plastic swab, but doesn't go all the way through the neck when using the fluffy end. It gets stuck.

A neat little swab but the bore was wrong for my selmer 80 and I cannot pull it tthough. The brush is ok for scouring any scale. Still cannot beat the chamois swab

Using this swab is better than what I've been doing for the last 50 years (nothing), but it catches on the internal architecture of the neck. Hope I'm not damaging my horn.

This cleaner is amazing! It does a great job cleaning my saxophone. For the price, your getting such a great deal for what your paying for. When I ordered this I thought it just would be an okay cleaner for the price, but no, its really good at cleaning the neck and really cheap. I also love that it comes in a plastic case, its very cool. This is the best saxophone neck cleaner out there. If you have a chance to buy it, do so. It so much better then then any other products that are 10$ or $15
