I ordered 2 packages of purple and 1 of the gold. Purple arrived mostly crushed and packaged in some saran wrap bag. No wonder why they are crushes. The gold arrived in a box in suitable shape. I mainly scored the packaging and crushing of the purple ones which I would expect one pack to be replaced and in a box like the gold ones. If replaced and suitable I will re-review this order. Disappointed in the size of these trees...largest is 5 inches from top to stand. Not exactly what I expected.

There was no protection on these trees. They came in a basic envelope and threw the mail system. They were crushed. I know they were cheap but seriously could you not send it and even a padded container?
