We have 2 different, two-piece kayak paddles. One with a wood blade. Size from 230 to 240 cm in length. Broken down, the 240cm one does fit in it's own bag with just barely room to spare. This bag has 2 blade pockets to protect each blade from rubbing together during transport. We camp frequently and the kayak bags are great in protecting our paddles when getting tossed in with other camp gear. Bought one bag and after finding out it did fit our 240cm paddle, we bought another bag for the 230cm paddle. Good protection.
