Muy buen revelador de película. Lo utilizo para formato 120 y produce negativos con excelente densidad.

Don't be discouraged by the packaging or terrible pictures on here. This is definitely the kodak brand powder, although I am not sure if I can find these packages somewhere else that they bought these in bulk. I was kind of surprised to be honest but here I am getting ready to develop my winter film.

Always my go to developer! Much easier than "classic" ones due to the lower temperature.

Lets start with the mixing:Its a hassle!! you might think ok no need to heat the water + no hydroquinone... in reality. When mixing icebergs will form and if you dont disolve them propperly the mixture will die really fast "40minutes" if you heat up the mixture to disolve them "your chemistry will die in a week" if you stir too fast it will mix air inside the mixture and again "your chemistry will die soon"OK done mixing... now what? you have 5 1lt bottles that will only last 6 months if you are lucky. once you open one of those and pour out 250ml then it will die in 2 months. My advice use it 1:1 i.e. 250ml of water + 250ml of Xtol "MF 1 roll of SS Tank" one shot no refill. you will get 20 Rolls for 21.95$ plus you get more resolution "they say"Next: developing I have tried Tmax100 Delta 100 will need to try pan f Neopan trix 400 and fomapan. From what I expected of Tmax100 it was really bad compared to Adonal "Rodinal" the grays are washed out the developer gives a slight film speed increase in Tmax, in Delta 100 you get very nice tones but nothing that will blew Adonal away.My advice.... buy Adox Adonal "Rodinal" you get a bottle that will last 40 years $14 the bottle use a syringe and pour 10ml of pure adonal and mix it with 490ml of water "1 Medium format roll in a stainless steel tank" you will get amazing amazing results you can develop mixing the chemical before you develop super easy, super fast and you can develop 50 rolls!!!! in 1+50!!!! and if you do stand 100 rolls!!! no icebergs here no mixed up soups that are waiting for disaster on you! No complicated powders flying all around your studio. My next step is to try tmax developer and use again d76 I remember d76 to be toxic but easier to mix and better tonal range.I have used from Caffenol CM to Adotech developer... So far Adonal is the beast, I trully was expecting something out of this wold with Tmax 100 + Xtol as they are both kodak but as soon as I started mixing the poweder I noticed... this thing is really fishy.

Xtol is a great black and white developer that uses less harsh chemicals that are safer putting down the drain. Mixing is easy as long as you take your time to make sure that all of A is mixed into the water before the B is added. Should last 6 months if kept in an airtight container.Great results with B&W film.
