This was the 2nd toilet that we replaced in our house to save water. We liked the 1st one so bought another one. The flush handle was broken when it arrived so I sent a message to the Seller, explaining the problem and asking for a replacement handle. Amazon said to allow 2 days for a response but they responded in less than an hour that a new handle would be coming. It came today, I installed it and am very happy with the product and the service.
