I ordered my usual size of medium and found it was true to size. Heats up quickly and the battery is nice and light. It definitely keeps me warm. I highly recommend!

I'm hoping the seller can see this and offer help - battery lasts no more than about 90 minutes - and not on the highest setting even. Fit is fine, material is comfortable but the best selling point - warming - is barely usable._update_Customer Service reached out - they didn't have replacement batteries in stock, so instead paid for me to buy a new battery from one of their competitors - Very thoughtful. I haven't known a company to go to such lengths. Thank you!

I love this jacket but the last one I bought did not have the port to charge the battery. I just went ahead and ordered a new battery with the port but I was not happy and could get no response from Amazon except to send back to them and they wouldn't even do a reorder. This is the 3rd jacket I have bought but this is the first time I have had a problem

I've bought several electric vests, but this is the first electric jacket with sleeves I've gotten. Overall, it's a winner.It comes with a battery pack, but you can also use any usbc charger with the jacket. That's handy, because you can charge one battery while using another.This is my first fleece jacket, and I've decided I prefer it over the "puffy jacket" style. I can get away with wearing this inside without looking weird. I wear it inside a lot during the winter, especially if I have to do a lot of sitting.It has an outer layer and an inner layer, which makes it a little bulkier and heavier than unlined fleece jackets (but also warmer). I saw some reviews saying that the inner lining of the sleeves can run shorter than the outer layer of the sleeves. This is true with my jacket as well, but I don't mind much.I like that you can turn on the different zones independently, depending on where you most want the heat. And you can turn off the light so it's not distracting to people around you.I'm also really pleased with the fit. If you're short and curvy, this is worth trying. And because it's fleece, it has a little extra give in the hips that the puffy jackets don't.I haven't washed it and don't plan to, as I ruined one electric vest just by lightly hand washing the collar. I will just use cleaning wipes on this to spot clean as needed.

I’m a nurse and bought this jacket to warm up at work. The jacket is soft and comfortable to wear. The heated part is mostly felt on the neck, it is hard to feel it in the other places. I barely felt the heat on the highest level. Also, the charge does not last long so I would recommend purchasing a back up battery. Overall I am pleased with this purchase, I just wish I could feel the heat better in the other areas and that it lasted longer.

I love how the material blocks the wind, is very soft, and light weight even with a battery pack in it. It fits very well and I am able move freely when I wear it alone or under a sweatshirt. So far the battery life is great, but I haven't really had a chance to put it to the test as I have only had it for a couple of days.
