It is not unusual to correct a sensor by a couple of degrees but I had to compensate by 13.5F. When the solution temperature was stable the sensor was not. It fluctuated 3 to 4 degrees plus and minus. Customer support ask if I was measuring temperature which tells me they know nothing about the product they’re selling.
