Had purchased competitors shock (cough Monroe shocks) did not like them (went soft to fast.) Bought my first set of KYB. Holding up just fine. Mabe better then factory ride now.

I got these for my 1990 Geo Metro. Guy at the shop told me none if the shock or struts had gas left in them, so I was essentially driving with no suspension. These work great. Changed the height of the car and make it handle very well.

The shocks fit right in and work great. I knew what part number I needed and it was a good thing because the Amazon does it fit function said it was not the right item.
