Does a poor job at regulating temp. It's hysteresis is like 50deg isn't consisten. I take a shower and them the next person it's cold and the tank has not called for heat yet.

Purchased this item last December and it has already failed. Worked fine for a period of time but now the only setting you get out of this is the coolest temp or the extrema max water temp.

it does not go to 210 cuts off at 160 not 195 like before
