I would recommend getting it for Airsoft or even for real plates; it is good quality and will last a long time. Very lightweight and comfortable. I've had it about a year and have been using it a lot. It can hold quite a bit of weight, about 20 pounds. I attached a one-point sling to the vest to attach my gun to the sling is going through the holes in the shoulder straps. fits me extremely well, and I'm 5.8 and 160 lbs can adjust a large amount as well.

Aside from how long it took to adjust it to fit my skin and bone a*s, I'd say it's pretty good plate carrier for my loadout, especially with the molle system on the waist straps I can keep some of my equipment outta the way but still in reach.
