We got a small tank & it’s bigger than we expected. The filter works great & the light is cool because you can adjust the brightness on it. Well worth the money!!

I got this to build a terrarium, not for a turtle like the images suggested, and I will be rating it based on its suitability for building a terrarium.This kit is great for a small terrarium – it has everything you need for a small one. I like this one over the other ones that are available because it comes with a real-looking rock platform, which is a nice piece of décor. It matched perfectly with the earthy theme I had in mind for the terrarium. The rock decoration itself is well balanced and I liked the color, but there’s really nothing else special about it.I did not end up using the fake plants or light that came with it, but I imagine they are a nice touch if you are using this for raising turtles. The rubber stopper is a nice addition – it stays in place and does not leak. The filter is fine – it is kind of ugly but you can easily cover it up with decorations. I wish they would have made it in a different color like black (why white??), but I digress.A word of advice: don’t put water in above the lip of the plastic bin (the bottom of the wall) – IT WILL LEAK. I know you’re not supposed to do it, but mine kept going over and spilling, so this is just a warning for others. You could probably seal it if you wanted to.Value-wise this is a great option and I think that overall makes it easy to recommend this. It has everything you need – just make sure the size is right for your use and you’ll be all set to have a terrarium or turtle raisin’ haven!

I find this the ideal tank for my hatchling Reeves turtle.The filter inserts are the same as tetra whisper filter system. Get the small replacements. The manufacturer AI says treat as an outside filter which would be a pain to remove, clean, and replace.

I donde lile how they lied saying Thatcher the filter is quiet, aswell as, the tank is small to be honest there is no instructions inside, you could get better of somewhere else, save your money and go to Facebook or another place. Also I recommend this only if u hace a really small turtle, verdad unproffesional of thede tank makers not putting how much gallos, no instructions no nothing.

Bought the large tank kit and I have 2 baby turtles swimming in it and it still can fit another turtle no doubt, its very spacious, a great investment since I don't have to upgrade to a bigger tank in the future, the size is just right, loved the quality of the accessories that came with it and most importantly this is a real habitat unlike other products I've seen that looks good but don't serve their purpose of being a suitable place for your turtles, exceeded my expectations.

I've had the tank for a week now, it came with almost everything, they even included an extra water pump in case the one in the filter stopped working, very thoughtfulthe filter works great as long as you don't over feed your turtle, as a rule of thumb I offer my turtle what it can consume within 5 mins and then I remove the uneaten food to prevent it from spoiling the water, if you follow this rule you will only have to change the water regularly every week.This kit costs more than the others I've seen but the quality really covers that cost, totally recommend it!!
