The most common problem when using a gun is assuming that your sights are fully aligned with the barrel, that is, that both are in parallel lines and then, figure out how to make both match, which is now easier using the ByLif Green Laser Bore Sight Kit. This precision instrument – that’s what it is – allows for having a green laser dot emit straight from the business end of the barrel with exacting accuracy and then, using the adjusting knobs on your telescopic or red dot sight, make it find the green dot at the calibration distance of your choice – usually 25 to 100 feet. The ones I had used before are modeled after a cartridge of a given caliber and are inserted into the firing chamber, so the laser is beamed from the inside of the barrel. So, to have several calibers, you have to invest in the corresponding number of laser cartridges. The ByLif Green Laser Bore Sight Kit has a clever approach to reduce this assortment of cartridge laser bore sights. It has precise adapters for all calibers between 0.171 and 0.986 inches in a collection of 33 adapters that, attached to the pointing device, are inserted into the barrel and secured in place with a conical sleeve. It is easier doing it than explaining it and I would suggest the manufacturer to upload a video on this, although the website does a good job with still pictures. Once this is in place, all the shooter has to do is select the training distance, place the target, secure the gun, and start aligning sight and green dot. With telescopic sights it is a very easy procedure, since they provide the knobs for windage and elevation. With mechanical sights, you will go through the usual procedure of releasing the corresponding screws and moving the piece(s) by hand. I tested it with several calibers (more than 6), and in shotguns, rifles, and handguns – even a muzzle loader – and it delivers. I get the ideal situation of having a portable protective case where I have everything I need on the field. One concern is the screws and where they fit; I tested and it is metal on metal, but still, I am very careful when threading and unthreading so as to not damage the receiving end. Also, I made several copies of the supplied chart of bore adapters, since it is the map for the calibers. This is a must tool for any shooter be it guns or bows, since it solves the sighting alignment of the gun with the barrel. It comes with everything needed, including two spare batteries, an Allen wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver I do recommend this as a great time and pain saver. Excellent concept, design, and delivery.

Ordered this via the Amazon vine program.As a father, sometimes it’s difficult to get out to the range, and for **certain applications** the intended range of use is very short.This application allows for very effective, direct testing of sight alignment, given that you pick your bore diameter properly. Any minute variation in alignment will pay unfortunately dividends downrange, so be deliberate. This set includes multiple, multiple options for caliber choice, so you will surely have the option at hand.Was able to zero a red dot and collimate its laser sight also — buy with confidence!

I’m only giving it one star because it won’t fit the barrel of my 22s and there’s no way to contact the manufacturer. I posted a question on the forums and if I don’t receive an answer I am going to return the product and buy one from a different manufacturer. I changed my rating to three stars if the product is used on a larger caliber than a 22. The plastic is too flimsy on the 22 caliber. I bought one of the single caliber metal lasers with O rings that slips right into the barrel perfectly for my 22s. I will use this product for my larger caliber guns because that plastic is beefier and I like the green laser.

As someone who enjoys shooting but isn't exactly a seasoned pro, getting my firearms zeroed in has always felt a bit daunting. With this kit, it has made the whole process a lot faster and easier. What initially drew me to this Bylif kit was the sheer advertised compatibility, covering everything from .17 all the way up to 12 gauge with the included adapters.It came in a sturdy protective case, which itself feels pretty robust and keeps everything neatly organized. The build quality of the laser unit and the adapters feels solid, made from aluminum alloy. It doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. Fitting the laser unit into the adapter and then into the barrel is straightforward. It feels secure once seated properly in the muzzle.The laser itself is nice and bright. I tested it both indoors and out. Indoors or in lower light conditions the dot is very visible, easily out to 100 yards and I can see how it would project further in true darkness. In bright daylight, it's visible within that 30-50 yard range they mention, which is still perfectly adequate for initial zeroing before heading to the live fire range.Overall, I'm really happy with this Bylif laser sight kit. It's versatile, well made and genuinely helped improve accuracy. It's definitely earned a permanent spot in my shooting gear. Would recommend!

This boresight kit is an asset if you use firearms regularly. The kit fits a large range of calibers so anything you need it for, this kit should cover it. I've used it on a few on my firearms, and it has done well and fit without issue on all of them. The kit is ideal for rifles and really helps when sighting in. It has saved me time and ammo being able to do half the sighting in with the laser instead of ammo. The laser is bright and easy to see as long as you're not in a super bright area. All in all, I'm very happy with the functionality of the set.

Got this for my husband and he loves it. This kit comes with everything that you need and works with all of his firearms. Very easy to use. He said he definitely recommends. Makes a great gift for the person in your life that has firearms or is a hunter. The laser is bright and very accurate too.
