Top South Korean tire manufacturer Hankook is responsible for making Laufenn tires. It is part of the manufacturer's global growth and sustainable market expansion strategy. Laufenn makes three categories of straightforward tires for passenger cars, with the list including G Fit (all-round performance), S Fit (UHP), X Fit (AT and HT for SUVs and light trucks), and I Fit (winter). It is ideal for price-conscious buyers as it is several times less costly than Michelin or Pirelli. At the same time, it can be expected to handle dry and wet roads with good wear life and good hydroplaning resistance. The name 'Laufen' was derived from the same German word which means 'run'.
