It’s not a cracked screen, which is good. However there is no touch screen.

DIY'er, watched a lot of videos, purchased tools separately and bought dual side adhesive tape. Following videos it went as expected. I expected the original adhesive to break but one actually came out OK (kinda like Command strips - just take it slow). Other one broke but by then I was able to slowly separate pieces.Spent time up front making sure it was the right model - it all worked well. Packaging was very good.

Touchscreen will not work at all. Do not believe the subscription and support will only waste your time.
