The plastic tabs around where the screws go are too long and don't allow a proper seal to the cab sheet metal. However, if you melt them off or grind down the plastic it will allow the fixture to compress the rubber gasket a bit to get a good seal.Bit of a pain to get the chrome covers to snap in place but they will eventually stay.
