Le service technique laisse à désirer. J'ai contacté le support par courriel et leur réponse a été que c'était normal et que je devais simplement redémarrer le chargeur, mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Pourtant, les spécifications techniques indiquent un fonctionnement jusqu'à -30°C. Réfléchissez bien avant d’acheter ce produit si votre région connaît des températures froides."

The product itself is okay, it charges the car fine but the reason I got this was for the wifi which literally does nothing. You are better off with a standard wall charger than this so called "smart charger". The app on the store is probably the worst looking app I have ever seen since doodle jump. the only thing the app is good for is monitoring the amount of electricity but most tesla already do that. There no way on the app to cut power or start power. I set up the times but it doesn't do anything and charges the car anyway. Once you unplug from the wall the charger doesn't retain any info and you have to go thru setup again. So if there's a power outage you cant relying on the charge to start charging again unless you set up the charger again. I learned that the hard way as the power outage cause my charger to not charge in the middle of the night. Another issue i have is the length of the cable which is great that its long but the constant twisting of the cable causes the cable to tangle. If only the had some of the anti twist mechanism built into the cable to prevent this. Last but not least the cap that on the plug always has large insects, rain water or snow that nest inside when I am charging. they couldn't make it point down inside of hanging. Better off with a different brand like SPAN that has an area where you can place the plug when not in use and a functional app.

Recently purchased the EV40P level 2 charger and found the installation to be intuitive and easy. Unit turned on once plugged in. Use unit to charge Chevy EV Blazer, car started charging in immediately with no delay. Charger coupler feels heavier and more robust than others. Also the EV cable felt warm to the touch when charging at 32 amps. I observe that the 450 plug did not feel noticeably warmer. Its been 3 weeks, and so far so good. The display light is BRIGHT!

Easy to install, straightforward installation with no surprises. You will need a 40-50 amp circuit direct from the electrical panel. We used a Leviton 50 amp receptacle. You must use a 2 gang deep box to meet code and a weatherproof cover.

While a bit slower than the direct wire version, you can also take this one with you if you are going to a place with the appropriate outlet (or upgrade to a different charger later). No issues with the charger, workers well, no issues with charging.

Works great w a name you can trust. Two issues .. although wifi and can connect to Leviton app, it's not Google Home or Alexa compatible. Second, during a power outage you must reprogram the wifi connection. Otherwise a good charger for the money especially when you can get it on sale

Does exactly what it needs to do, and doesn't immediately overheat like the charger that came with my car. Charges the car very quickly, and can send start / stop / interrupted notifications to my devices (so long as I have the MyLeviton app installed). You can set a charging schedule within the app, and set the power limits (8, 16, 24, 32, or 40 amp), as well as update firmware. The charger works well on my wireless network (provided by a Ubiquiti UAP-nanoHD), and also has an RJ45 port, if you decide to wire it into your network.I can't speak to how well the wall mount works, as I purchased my charger through Amazon Warehouse, and it did not come with ANY of its accessories, including the wall mount. As a result, I had to fabricate one myself, as Leviton does not make the mount available separately (which seems very silly to me).

Very basic charger, easy install but requires access to location during setup and won't allow you to complete setup without it. The issue with this charger is the distinct lack of any kind of data on the charging. the app allows you to set the max amperage and then just tells you charging or not charging, no details on the speed of charge, kwh used or any other user configurable settings. Would not recommend.Update: took away a star, returning the item has turned into a month long process, shipped the item back Oct 25th and the refund to my account is not expected until Nov. 21
