Threads stripped on the first use. Never got warranty I got bounced around from supplier and manufacturer off who was responsible for replacing. Never did get it replaced. I ended up buying the oem puller which works better and easier to use.

I received the puller with one faulty attachment pin. I contacted the manufacturer and within a day or two I received a new pin without questions.The puller was designed to remove the lower pulley off my truck.

Not the same quality as the top brand name tools, but it is most complete set with multiple jaws. It doesn't say where it is made, so I suspect either China or Taiwain.I like 3 different set of jaws and spacers that prevent jaws from slipping. The last Harmonic puller kit you will need to buy.

Used to pull a harmonic balancer off my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9l magnum. Worked perfectly. Had to use the magnetic ramp shims.

Very nice case don’t have to worry about losing parts. Professional use haven’t ran across a car it will not fit
