Each drawer has a magnetic label holder for easy identification where you need it. This is a reasonable durable filing cabinet. The first one we ordered about a year ago, same exact seller/supplier and item, came with the racks for hanging folders. This order did not, and the racks are NOT cheap. The compatible racks had to be secured with clips so they didn't slide around. The drawers do not slide out as smoothly as expected when empty, but I think having some paper weight in them is better. They hold 3 rows of hanging folders each drawer. They have a good safety feature where you can only open one drawer at a time so the cabinet does not fall forward. Overall happy with it.
