Used this jacket one time and the battery will not charge, I contacted the company and they wanted me to send them videos and pictures proving that it would not work instead of just sending a new battery. Just very inconvenient to have spent this much on a jacket to get to use it one single time.

Works great. I use it over my base layer and under my leather riding jacket for my motorcycle. Fits great. Fleece and zippers are really nice. Battery seems to last, at least for now. It does a great job of keeping my torso warm on winter rides on the motorcycle.

This item was good quality and looked nice . However I didn’t get a chance to test it out. Buyers Beware that the sizing is very small . Bought a 3xl and I fit a 2xl , however I like jackets to be baggie. This 3xl was close to the size of a Xl

Nice product. Fits small. Style is nice and it is comfortable. I am going to assume in size large the hood will still feel short or small as it was a very tight fight and I am used to hoods giving room. Warmth was there. Have to see if a large will fit me better.

Great heating areas, my favourite is around the neck and upper arms. Fit is regular, so buy your normal size, fits true. Got lots of compliments already, got a friend buying one. The battery is a bit heavy but when your outside and it’s minus 10, you don’t care, lol. Glad I bought one. Recommend!

The good.It looks nice and rhe material feels nice.The bad.Fitment. While the foursome if it is very beggy. Sleeves are tight and short.Battery. It came with 3 bars and took an additional 4 hours to top it off. It lasted about 3 hours of heating.The 2nd time I used it one of the pads already started to failm sometimes it would heat up sometimes it wouldn't. No matter what though it wasn't getting as warm as the other pads.

This jacket is a great way to help fight off winter's chill. It heats up within a few seconds & provides hours of adjustable comfort, although the jacket itself is not heavy enough for really cold days. I wear it under a cheap puffy coat when the temps go below freezing. This & the fact that the zipper on the battery pocket is a bit too short for easy battery insertion are why I didn't give it the full 5 stars. Note that the car cord made for Dewbu products will work with this jacket for unlimited warmth.
