Tried using it to get a front axle out of my can am maverick sport bent both bolts on this and kept popping off ended up welding a nut on cv and came out maybe if this thing had have alittle heavier gauge steel it wouldn’t happen but for 65$ and to use it once and it fail pretty disappointing

So, after pulling it out of the box. Comes with two set screws. And nut for slide hammer. The set screws are worth more than the axle tool itself. All it is a thin rolled metal that is welded. Put it on the knuckle tightened down the set screws. Put slide hammer on. Lasted two slides. Where set screws sit already started pulling away. And tool was out of round. By this point I was super freaking annoyed. And knowing I would not get my money back on this pos. Drilled and tapped additional holes. To put additional set screws in. Put it back on knuckle and tried tightening down the bolts I installed. The threads pulled out on thin the material is. At least they could have done is weld nuts on outside to this pos to at least hold the set screws in place. They should the design in the garbage and go back to the drawing board.

This tool actually worked to pull the axle stubs out of my rzr turbo xp when they were seized in the front differential. 10/10 recommend.

This tool got my axle out of a 08 jetta the the cv axle shaft separated. Two tugs with the hammer it was out also gets into tight spaces
