I bought this item in Oct so just used it a few weeks in December 2023. When I took it out this year 2024 it would not keep correct time. There is no way to get to the hands to adjust the time. I am very upset that I spent this much money on something that is beautiful but doesn’t work. And no customer service, also warranty expired.

Grandma was happy with this. Very beautiful and the music plays and plays. You do have to plug it in

The first one arrived and the Santa pendulum was already broken. The second one arrived and there was a mild grinding/motor hum. As time went on the noise got louder and louder. The design of the product is not what I expected from a cuckoo clock. Usually the motion and/music plays every hour but the music and motion plays all the time. The only thing that happens every hour is the soldier comes out. So it is like a semi-cuckoo clock.

Delivered when expected. Packaging was more than sufficient to protect the product- thick styrofoam around it inside a thick cardboard shipping box.The actual clock is a battery powered mechanism that runs quiet - the area to adjust the clock time is a bit small for big fingers but not too frustrating to use. The rest of the clock is powered by electricity, easy to connect on the back. Also on the back is a place to adjust the volume for the music, on-off switch for the cuckoo, and the on-off switch for the lights snd trainThe material of the piece is plastic but doesn't look like plastic. The design and paint of each object is beautiful. The lights are very cheery. I turned the music volume low so when the cuckoo chimed, it was a bit loud.I received it a couple of days before Christmas so I just put it in my home office until I pack up all my Christmas stuff. It was so nice to have it bedide me, adding a festival touch to the room with the beautiful display and enjoyable music.

Absolutely stunning. Even better than we imagined. My mom and grandchildren loved it. It's gorgeous all lit up and instead of a cuckoo it plays a trumpet- combine that with the soft holiday music which by the way you can control the volume it makes for a perfect night. Very calming and relaxing. Definitely one of a kind. Check out the other items they make also- All are stunning and definitely unique. Satisfied customer
