The 2022 Model 3 doesn't have lumbar support adjustment switch, so I had to break off the included switch button and install the blank from my original swich.Once installed the buttons feel stiff and hard to operate vs the original one, especially the seat forward/back button.

Took 20 mins to fit.Put the seat forward and as high as possible.Pull the buttons off the original chair to ensure you don’t break them. There is a torx size 20 under the seat at the front which takes 90% of the time as it’s a little tricky to undo. Then the side plastic of the chair pulls out.Unscrew three boltsTake the cable out.Connect the new unit and test.Connect the three bolts backPush back the side of chair.Screw the front part back.Push back the buttons. They provide a screwdriver in the box but this is incorrect and not needed

It took a small effort to install and it works perfectly.

Delivery was delayed a day. Just finished installing it. Works as advertised. Decent price and fairly easy to install. Not sure what the little screwdriver is for as it doesn't fit any of the screws that go in the seat trim.
