Your cart is empty.The Thermal Zero Power Pack muffler packing kit contains a (1/2″ thick x 12″ wide x 24″ long) section of 4 pound density ceramic material. This kit contains enough material to typically repack two motorcycle mufflers or one automotive muffler. Our ceramic muffler packing kits are far more dense than normal fiberglass packing material allowing the muffler that is repacked with our material to have a much better tone. Ceramic material is also superior to fiberglass in that it is much more durable and able to handle nearly three times the amount of heat than fiberglass. Our packing kits have sufficient heat resistance (2500°F) where they can also be used on pottery kilns, wood burning stoves, glass blowing furnaces, etc…

Installed this on my baffles inside slip-on mufflers in 2022. Didn't last a riding season before my bike was obnoxiously loud again.Went to install some different material and found that this Thermal Zero MPK12 had been blown/burnt out. Spend your money elsewhere unless your use case is okay for cheap stuff.

I wraped my bassani baffles and it made them sound a lot quieter. I had been running with the baffles just bare metal for too long i think. It sounds good, but i like loud pipes for commuting.

Good price for ceramic muffler packing. Easier to pack tightly and reinstall than fiberglass in my opinion. But only giving 4 stars because their claim of "enough for 1 automotive muffler or 2 motorcycle mufflers" is incorrect. It wasn't even enough to repack one muffler on my motorcycle. I had to reuse some of the old fiberglass to fill the last few inches.

It took one sheet for each muffler. I have 3 1/2 in Rinehart slip ons on Vance & Hines dresser duals. The muffler cloth deduced the decibels from 124 to 114 at muffler end according to the ap on my iPhone. The sound went from a metallic sound to a low rumble which is what I had hoped would happen.

I own a 2016 Kawasaki Vulcan S and I installed a Delkavic exhaust system and it was pretty loud, a little too loud. I purchased the Thermmal Zero Ceramic Packing, removed my silencer/muffler and removed the factory packing and installed the Thermal Zero packing and it now has a good throaty sound, still loud enough, but not as loud as it was. I have since put 2000 miles on the bike and it hasn’t changed at all. (The good sound) This is good stuff, I highly recommend it.
