One of the rollers was too tight and refused to roll.Oiled the rollers and removed them and refitted them, but still that one roller would not work.Not worth the effort to return, purchased another one from a different manufacturer which worked perfectly.

シロートがナットやブリッジの木工改造取付とかは、無理だと承知でトライ。失敗しても諦めがつくように、ヤフオクで4500円で格安ギターを仕入れて実験台へ。結論から言うと、見た目は大失敗だけど、音はグレードアップしました。やはりナットにオイルだのグリスだのいろいろやってみたけど、このローラーナットで劇的に音程の安定度が増しました。注意なのは、このチャイナパーツは、フェンダーとかの高い物と比べ大きめな為、取付位置を広く深く削る必要があります。たかが１ミリの差でも音程が大きく変わるので削り過ぎて低くしてから、スペーサーかまして調整したくても、これ以上削るとトラスロッドが見えてきてしまい、ネックがオシャカになる危険性あります。なので定規で大雑把に弦高確認しながら２回やり直し、でOKかと勘違いして弦を張ったらまだ高過ぎてEの音合わせてもFの音が高いのが判明・・ この段階で水平位置を１mm強ボディ側へずらす必要も出て悶絶。疲れて集中力が無くなり斜めに削ってるのに気づかず完成の記念写真で１フレットの指板が台形になっていてガックリしてます・・兎にも角にも、ナットがローラーになった事で（当然ですがガイドもローラーです）アーミング後に元の音程に戻る確率が、以前の１０％以下から、今は7～８０％になりました。今後糸巻をロックタイプに取り替えれば、更に向上すると期待しています。ただ、糸巻はチャイナ製品で良いのか悩んでいます。 ゴトーの製品は9000円だもんなあ・・追伸・・サウンド面で鳴りが劣化とかは感じません。そんな心配は無用でした。他に所有の少し上のクラスのギターより、このジャンク品の方ばかり弾くようになりました。

Nut looked very nice and was fairly simple to install. I play a very aggressive blues style with heavy handed bends and vibrato and almost every time I bent the high E and the G and D strings they would roll out of the nut groove...I may try and cut the grooves a little deeper and see if that helps since I already have it mounted in my guitar...It does do what I bought it for, and that is it keeps the strings in tune when I use the tremolo bar...

Rollers bind a little under string tension. A good old bone nut is the best
