Worked exactly as expected. Could do with slightly longer screws for support, but not a big deal. Please with the purchase which used to hang a six foot wooden rod for extra drying space in the laundry room.Good Buy.

Bought Stanley Home Designs 82-167 Closet Flange Set for an unconventional use. Our tension shower rod was continually falling. I use a grommet shower curtain so did not want to loose the ability to remove the rod. I purchased these brackets to hard mount in the shower and they work perfectly. The 'u' shaped bracket fits a standard shower rod perfectly in the smaller of the 'u' shapes. I have removed the rods and re-installed without problems to wash the shower curtain.

Works great, but too large for the curved rod it was "sold with".

Received this for use with Stanley Home Designs 820100 Satin Nickel rod. This closet flange set wasn't the prettiest around the screw holes. Screw holes were a bit rough around the edges, but after installation, the ugliness was mostly unnoticeable. I asked others for their opinion and no one noticed and the fit with the matching rod was great so much happiness with this product here.

Love them. Sturdy, well built, easy to install and fits our shower rod, I had to put the thicker side through the solid hole backwards (I put the "horseshoe" part up first on the wall, then I put the full circle through the shower rod and placed it on the horseshoe part so I can't replace the rod without unscrewing the hardware, but that makes it even more sturdy :-)

This is a very durable, nice and big closet rail flange. However the package was completely open in the Amazon box and no hardware, which shows to be included in the package. I would rather have the full package than 2 day shipping.... I cant imagine what their warehouses look like....

I would give this a neutral as I ordered Stanley hardware and they shipped a product made by Lido Designs. The brackets are heavy duty and that seems consistent with the Stanley product BUT I am finding that the fastener quality is not good. I drilled and placed one set and the head twisted off a screw akin to the fasteners in cheap mini blinds. I am betting the Stanley product has better components. Now I have to re-drill and re-position both ends and fill and paint holes. And there are ZERO extra fasteners included. All in all a bad deal. It is hard to review a purchase that you did not receive and this is one shortcoming of this process. Leaving seller feedback is one thing, but telling others you may get sent this bogus replacement is another problem.I had to add to this review to "Downgrade" it since after all of this, I had the Amazon seller of this item:Hardware Distributors5843 Margate BlvdMargate, FL 33063www.amazon.com/shops/A2O61O56BPJPLQ- Start harassing me and badgering to remove the negative feedback about them. Now in retrospect that feedback should be more negative than it is. They then threatened to bill me back if I did not remove the review and this whole mess went from bad to worse. I won't do business with them ever and almost left Amazon forever from that. Amazon was receptive to the concern and made it plain that doing such things about making customers remove feedback is a NO NO. I agree with that.

Even though they were made in China (What isn't?), they appear to be of a very high quality, finish and design. They have lots of rod overlap if you happen to measure short on your rod cut. Very pleased with the product. Only disappointment was that the screws provided were 1 inch and I had to find 3/4 inch replacement dome headed screws to attach them to the 3/4 inch material I was using for my closet side supports. The 1 inch screws are fine if there is drywall or plaster behind your support board but do not work if the closet flanges are attached to an open ended vertical support as in a `California Closet' design application (where the rods may be supported between shelving units) as the screws will come out the other side of the material and become visible. I live near a fastener supply outlet so finding the same screws in 3/4 inch length was only a minor inconvenience.

I recently purchased 5 sets of the Stanley 820167 Satin Nickel closet flanges to support sections of matching Stanley closet rod in a DIY walk-in closet organizer I designed and built. The flanges are of high quality and provide a very professional finished appearance to the organizer. The 3 oval-head mounting screws provided for each flange match for finish and fit the countersunk holes in the flange well- resulting in a very effective mounting of the flanges to the 3/4" oak plywood I used. The satin nickel finish complements the gloss gunstock oak finish of the closet sections nicely. Several friends who inspected my work commented on the sturdiness and fine quality appearance that the flanges and rods added to my DIY project.I would definitely use the 820167 flanges again and would also recommend them to those looking for fine quality materials in setting up their closet spaces.
