The tell tales are of a wonderful design and include a single stopper for each one, to enable keeping the tell tales at a given height. However I feel a second stopper is needed so you can limit the height to which the tell tales will climb up the shroud. The blue color fades fast and it is difficult to see and determine the handle off the shroud when there is a strong blue background sky. I would give the item 5 stars if the color was red or if there were two colors included in the kit, one red and one green, to designate port and starboard.
