Looks like someone pried it open, possibly to refurbish it or something. Cover has scratches. Metal number plate inside has a slight dent between 2 and the psi at the bottom, result of being tampered with? Although I don't think the plate being bent would effect the reading but I was under the assumption it was a new product.
