Received two of the same side , bolts do not line up …. Poor quality product

I liked the looks of them when I got them. But when I went to install them we had a problem. The holes were you put the bolts in to fasten them were to big. So I could not install them. Then was told that they were out of stock. Had to buy elsewhere.

The driver's side bar had 2 different size holes. The bolts that came with it were too small for the holes.Only one out of six bolts would anchor. I'm currently waiting on new bolts of my own. Poor set up.
