I didn’t think at first the board was working properly, but to my ignorance The Trailer wasn’t level so once I levered The Trailer left it overnight. I got up the freezer was well below zero in the fridge was at 37° so now I can go camping and have my fridge working thank you for this.

Bought to replace my board. Board didn't work requested a return and refund. They sent info to return. But no refund I got ripped off.. don't deal with this company.

They shipped me a defective part. It was installed by a certified technician. And when I contacted them about it… they wanted me to pay to ship it back and add insurance on a trackable package. I already paid full pop for an item that is not functional and now they want me to pay again to send it back . No mention of replacement at all. I’m not impressed.

Looks great .have to wait until spring to get it replaced . Now that spring is here trying to install wrong board not enough places to hook my wires on short 4 pegs to to complete the job.

The Norcold power board I purchased installed and worked perfectly, even came a day early. I had a problem selecting the board because the description shows board dimensions of 10.5x6.1x2.2 inches, my board measured 7.8x3.8x1.18 so I planned on custom fitting the new board assuming the board had been resized. Turns out that the description was wrong and the new one fit in perfectly.EDIT: I have edited my review and lowered my rating because the power board died after just 6 months and only using the RV two times. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Our fridge stopped working in our 2000 Jayco fifth wheel. The same part at our local camper store was $360.00!! We ordered this and my husband installed it himself and it works great!!! Saved us a ton of money! Working great!!
