Victoria Agyepomaa
I’m Victoria, a determined and caring artisan from the eastern region of Ghana. Though I had little formal education, I never let that hold me back. I began my journey in 2004 selling calabashes grown by my mother and later expanded into handcrafted woodwork. Inspired by African traditions, I fell in love with art and learned carving, painting, and finishing from experienced artisans like Abdul Aziz. I now mentor two apprentices and use lead-free paints despite their scarcity. Crafting new items with unique materials is both a challenge and a joy. I give back by donating to a local orphanage and find happiness in my children’s laughter. My dream is to grow my business.
