My cat has a short window of acceptance when getting his claws trimmed, but these clippers make it so much easier! They work great, and the little light is super handy for spotting the bloodline, so you don’t accidentally cut too far. The tiny file feels kind of pointless...it’s way too rough, and I doubt any cat would like it.Overall, it’s a solid set of clippers!

Just buy it you won't regret it. This was my daughter's bunny's first nail trim since getting her, and she did amazing! The light on this made a huge difference. Made it very simple. Love that the light turns off when you close it and pops on when you open it. A must have for pet owners.

I looooved the light on this thing, and I miss it, but it was not sharp, and it wasn't cutting the nail clean, it was cracking it and leaving little pcs that I had to then cut with a regular nail clipper

My cat hates getting her claws trimmed, but these make it pretty simple! No issues with the actual clippers, but I find the light to be a little awkward to use, and the tiny file seems a bit too abrasive. I don’t imagine any cats would enjoy the feeling of it! Overall a good set of clippers, though!

this made clipping my cat’s nails much easier. they are sharp so that i do not have to struggle with it and my kitty doesn’t get distressed. i really like that their is a guide in case others did not know that you can overclip and hurt a kitty.the led light is awesome

The plastic container that catches the nails is far too apart bulky and I ended up cutting my cats nails too short causing pain

I got these as I wanted to cut my dog's nails.The light comes in handy as it highlights the veins slightly.They are sharpish, and they cut the nails in one go.They felt sturdy. They are excellent for the job.
