The Ohaus OS700009123L Valor 7000 3l Compact Bench Scale is a food scale with a capacity of 1.5kg/3lb., a readability of 0.05g/0.0001lb., a 300 x 225mm (W x D) stainless steel weighing pan, a control panel with function keys, dual LCDs and touchless sensors, five selectable weighing units, and five built-in applications for food processing and preparation tasks.
