Oil Sampler Usage Instructions:
❶ Preparation
- Inspect the Sampler : Ensure the sampler is in good condition, with no cracks or deformities.
- Clean the Sampler : Wipe the sampler with a clean cloth or tissue to remove any residual oil or debris.
❷ Sampling Steps
- Position the Sampler: Slowly insert the sampler into the bottom of the tank or reservoir, ensuring it is placed vertically.
- Collect the Sample: Gently pull the piston or handle to draw the bottom oil sample.
- Remove the Sampler: Carefully withdraw the sampler from the tank, avoiding tilting or shaking to prevent spills.
- Transfer the Sample: Pour the collected oil into a clean sample bottle, seal it, and label it with relevant information.

❸ After use, thoroughly clean the sampler with a detergent or solvent to remove any oil residue.
