Lo instalé sin problemas en unos 30 minutos, cierra, abre y sujeta la puerta, el bloqueo eléctrico funciona bien. Sin embargo, le doy 4 estrellas porque la verdad este cierre es bastante mas duro que el original, espero que afloje un poco con el uso y el tiempo, porque actualmente para que la puerta quede bien cerrada, requiere que la cierre con fuerza.

The part fit and is working for now. I picked this brand because in the description the country of origin is USA. That is not true, the box was marked made in china. Makes me wonder if this is any better than the ones at half the price.

Looks and fits as good as original. Excellent OEM replacement. I kept the original plastic clamps to re use on this new latch since the ones it came with feel flimsy while the originals seem sturdier. They probably would have worked fine though.Swapped it out in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy, unlike most things Jeep related. Replaced the original latch which only worked manually. Everything functions just fine now.

This replacement latch is working great. There's a great video on YouTube on how to install it. Installing it was literally painful, but that is entirely the fault of the engineers at Jeep and not this product. I couldn't wear gloves because then my hands wouldn't fit, and when I was done most of my knuckles on that hand were bleeding. Even so, it was worth not paying a dealer 3 times as much. So I recommend doing like the guy in the video, and getting a friend with small hands to help.
