These items were obviously not new - important for safety equipment I think. The company said "yeh, sometimes they are opened and repacked in the Amazon warehouse". I enclose photographs so that you can make your own decision. Please be careful!

I haven't had to use these yet, thankfully. I bought them because they are supposed to work on Li-ion batteries. Bought a pack of 5 and one was not fully charged. Contacted Amazon and they were supposed to send me a replacement (can't ship the bad one back). A few weeks later and I hadn't heard anything nor received the replacement. Contacted Amazon again and they had no idea what I was talking about. So after spending over an hour on the chat they offered me a partial cash reimbursement. I appreciated that but frustrating that I was still short an extinguisher, spent a lot of time to get a resolution and frustrating that no one followed up on my first inquiry.When there is a fire I will need all the fire extinguishing capacity I can muster. A partial charge is unsatisfactory.

One of the extinguishers had low pressure. Says returnable, but can’t return it. Even used Amazon chat. Nothing. Horrible customer service

Very disappointing that all 3 of this extinguishers set are on the line of the red. This is unacceptable especially for the price and small size. Not happy

I mean it’s in the green zone, but only by a hair. Hope it has enough to put a fire out. The wall holder is nice.
