The waterproof IP65 rated LED side markers are fully capable of being waterproof. This makes the clearance light ideal for boat trailers that launch and pick up watercraft into the water.

Why do they say waterproof when the second time it rained in 3 days some of them fill with water. Ok company please respond with a good answer.

These lights are not waterproof at all like advertised. I’ve bought two sets of 20 lights and they all hold water like a fish bowl and they are not in an application where they are submersed or even wet other than when it rains. All 40 lights are holding water inside or have moisture inside. So it’s not just a defective few.

Got these to replace the factory amber lens regular bulb lights, big difference and intense amber light, they're so bright I can see into the ditch across 4 lanes, or when I pull up beside a 4 wheeler i can see what's going on in there.
