This is such a great starter pasta maker, I am glad I got this so I can really understand how it all works. I was just a little disappointed with the sturdiness and while it's not a deal break for me, it's something to keep in mind. That being said, I'm ecstatic to have this and try out all the attachments. Many have come to my place and absolutely loved it.

My bonus daughter loves to maker her own pasta, but had to leave her old machine behind when she moved. I got this as it seemed to be an easy to use model. Most of the machine is very sturdy although she says the knob for the thickness is not as sturdy as the rest of the machine. For the price point, this is a fairly economical machine.

Looking at this pasta maker machine I thought that I may have been over my head, but when you look at the directions, there is a follow along assembly guide. There is even a how to for a basic pasta recipe. I can’t wait to start. The quality is so heavy and amazongy constructed. The cut is precise. It’s not as easy to clean for me, but that doesn’t deter me from using it. It’s small enough and works so well.

This is a sturdy item. However, it did not work the way it should and I did follow the instructions to a T. It did not stay hooked onto the counter. The lever kept coming out mid crank. It did flatten the noodle dough. But the part that cuts it did not work. It kept gumming up and sticking (again followed the instructions). It is not easy to clean (you aren't supposed to get it wet per instructions). I would recommend just the flattening part (because who wants to hand roll noodles). But other than that I do not recommend this item.

After a few tries and watching a couple of YouTube videos, I was able to roll out a sheet and then turn that sheet into spaghetti. The hanging rack came in handy. After eating the homemade pasta, I may never get my grandkiddos to eat the store-bought kind again. I'm looking forward to using this pasta maker to attempt keto-friendly pasta in the near future.

This is a nice simple to use pasta maker! I got this pasta maker because I’ve always wanted to make my own pasta at home. This machine is very simple to set up and makes three different kinds of pasta. You can make ravioli with the dough sheeter, spaghetti, and fettuccine pasta noodles. I love the adjustable dough thickness knob that you can easily turn 9 different thickness settings. Please note none of the metal parts can be washed due to ruining the pasta maker. please read the instructions on how to clean the machine before using it and all the other helpful information. However I do wish the build quality was better. The thickness knob feels very delicate and when turning the handle it doesn’t seem to turn smoothly. I would recommend this pasta maker but please note the build quality of some of the parts on the pasta maker.
