I had none of the difficulty mentioned in other reviews. This pedometer has worked great for me. I love the small size. It's very comfortable.

For the price this is OK. Minus a half star for poorly written setup instructions. I stumbled throught them but it should have been easier. Minus a star for being 10-11% inaccurate in measuring the distance traveled. You have to substract (use 10%) from what it says you walked. In other words if your goal is 5 miles do 5-1/2.Revised review. My error by not changing my stride from the default setting of 30" to 24" which is what mine actually is. Now the distance I actually travel is very accurately displayed . So my new any improved rating should be 4 stars. My half star reduction for the instructions has increased to minus one full star now however. Figuring out how to change the stride distance was very frustrating because once you got into that setting nothing was mentioned about what to do next.

Super great product, easy to use, and more importantly, very accurate. This was a second try, I ordered another highly rated product but upon receipt, when I tested it, I realized that was adding 30 steps to each hundred. I returned that and I gave the Pedusa a try. Upon receipt, I tested it and I immediately saw it was reliable, accurate. I use it daily, it is important to me to get an accurate reading on distance, steps and calories. This one is great, I highly recommend it.

I read good and bad about this monitor. I wear it every day, and can only say good things about it. It is very accurate, and very easy to use and read. I got my self an extra one, but, will probably end up giving it to a friend. I will say, the clip and lanyard are best worn together. My monitor fell off, in the mall, but wasn't damaged. They are well constructed. One account said the buttons, can get accidentally pushed. I don't see how. It has never happened to me. And I am a maintenance man , that wears this when I work. Often, I carrying objects, that rub against me, and It has never happened. It for me has been a great aid, in letting me know how far I travel each day. I was sup prized, to find out I actually travel over three miles a day on my job. Just walking.

I bought this for my 8 yr old son because I have a FitBit and he wanted to "compete" with me, but I didn't want to spend $100 on a full-blown activity tracker. I thought about letting him pick out a pedometer at Walmart, but decided to buy one on Amazon because I thought they'd have more selection and reviews to go by. Well, I chose this one based partially on reviews and partially because they had it in red, and red is his favorite color. He was thrilled as anything when he opened the box and immediately clipped it to his pants and started running around the house to get up his steps. He had gotten over 1000 steps before he sat down. When he stood back up, the pedometer read "0". We set the clock and started it back up and he went running around the house again, but after a few hours, it reset back to 0. The time, the lifetime steps, everything reset. After looking at it, we realized that one of the main buttons on the front of the pedometer is a reset button. It is not a recessed button, it is not a push-and-hold for 30 seconds button, it is just a tap-to-reset and it's the exact same as the other buttons on the front. Apparently when clipped to your pants, if you bend over or sit down, this button can be pressed accidentally and it resets EVERYTHING. This is crazy. I'm not exactly sure what you would want a reset button for AT ALL, let alone one that is so easily accessible. This is defniitely a strange but major flaw. He is so disappointed, and so am I. I guess we'll be picking one out at Walmart after all -- and making sure there isn't a reset button on the front!

The operation and accuracy are both very good, but the instructions and methods for the settings are frustratingly incomplete. This results in a lengthy period of trial and error manipulation of the device.
