I want to start by saying this arrived already used and dirty. They clearly got this returned from someone and didn't bother cleaning it before shipping to me. This alone, during a pandemic, does not allow it to be rated higher than one star for me.That aside, not the worst piece of plastic I've had in my kitchen. After thoroughly cleaning it, my first batch of dumplings turned out well. Liberal amounts of flour were used to coat it before laying out the dough, but I actually tapped the mold on the counter to knock loose extra flour and it did great after that. Once the first layer was down, I used a rolling pin to set it in place until I could just barely make out all the little hexes. I then filled them, and set the second sheet of dough over it. I expected a lot more pinching and recovering messed up dumplings, but most of them came out perfect from the mold after using the rolling pin.It's cheap, it's a niche product, but if you want to make lots of dumplings, this works.

This mold makes very easy to prepare your raviolis at home, I prepare with the same dough a chocolate snacks, just use the oven at the end of process....

This form is perfect. If someone gives it one star they probably haven’t figured it out yet. The secret is to roll out the first sheet of dough tiny bit thicker, make sure to flour the form very well before you place the first layer and when you start adding the filling, make sure not to press it down until you’ve placed all of the filling on their spots. Then press it gently inside the holes and leave the outsides clean, so the second sheet of dough could stick. So, when all the filling is prepped, cover it with the second sheet of dough and use a rolling pin and roll over the both layers to cut out the dumplings. Remove the access dough from the sides and flip the form upside down, hit it on the surface so all the dumplings come out. That’s it. You just need to play around with it, it’s a great form. Super fast and easy. Also, I would recommend buying an ice cream scoop size 0.5 tablespoon, the amount is perfect for this form, I will attach the photo of it as well. Good luck everyone!!
