Small package, good value, working so far and is a good quality. Still waiting on the growth rate to increase but it's steady right now. Recommend for a cost effective solution.

Works well in Ohio but I'm not sure of durability yet since it's only grown for a month. If your ground isn't aerated getting water or compacted, grass won't grow so make sure to address the top soil if need. Otherwise I just sprinkle it on the ground and use a broom to push the seeds into the ground a bit to prevent birds and water affecting it much

Didn't have great results, it did grow but I don't know how much all the extra stuff helped. Not sure if it was just marketing. It was the mix I was looking for.
